Terms and Conditions

1: TERMS OF PAYMENT

All prices quoted are final prices plus shipping costs. Payment should be made within 7 days of the date of purchase, delivery takes place after receipt of money. The purchase price plus shipping costs is paid in advance / PayPal. Any bank charges, as well as all costs (possible customs clearance, VAT, etc.) when importing into the recipient country, are borne by the buyer! The ordered goods will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment, at the latest within two working days, or within the time span specified for individually made products after receipt of payment.

 

 

2: SHIPPING

After receiving the money, I will send the goods after 1-2 working days. In order to achieve the cheapest postage for the buyer, I send uninsured. Also insured at the buyer's request for a surcharge.

3: RECALL  AND RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Revocation instruction: Right of revocation: You can revoke your contract declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or - if the item is left to you before the deadline expires - by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations according to § 312c Paragraph 2 BGB in connection with § 1 Para. 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV as well as our obligations according to § 312e Para. 1 Clause 1 BGB in connection with § 3 BGB-InfoV. Timely dispatch of the cancellation or the item is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline. Consequences of revocation: In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you cannot return the received service in whole or in part, or if you can only return it in a deteriorated condition, you may have to compensate us for the value. This does not apply to the surrender of items if the deterioration of the item is solely due to its inspection - as it would have been possible for you in a shop, for example. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for a deterioration caused by the intended use of the item by not using the item as if you were your property and by refraining from anything that could impair its value. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the costs of the return if the goods delivered correspond to the goods ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you have not yet received the consideration or a contractual agreement if the price of the goods is higher at the time of cancellation have made the agreed partial payment. Otherwise, the return is free for you. Unpaid returns will generally not be accepted and will be returned to you for a fee! Items that cannot be sent as parcels will be picked up from you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you when you send your declaration of cancellation or the goods, for us with their receipt. 4: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs.

 

Small business regulation: According to §19 UStG, taxation of small business owners, the VAT is not shown in the invoices.

5: PRIVACY POLICY

All personal data required to carry out the order are stored in machine-readable form and treated confidentially. The data necessary for processing an order, such as name and address, are passed on to the companies commissioned with the delivery of the goods as part of the delivery. Data protection is important to us. Your personal data and all order information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We expressly exclude the transfer of your data for advertising purposes. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the storage of his data.
